All personal information collected by enterO is passed directly to the Event Organisers for the purposes of your entry to the event and/or purchase of merchandise; enterO does not share this information with any third party.

enterO makes no representations as to the privacy policy of the Event Organisers.

Results

Entrants agree to their race results (which may include their name, age, class/grade, club, country, results and split times) being published (eg on the event website).

Media

Entrants agree that their name, voice and/or picture may be used without payment by the Event Organisers and their associates in any broadcast, telecast, promotion or advertising.

Browser Information

enterO collects non-personally identifiable information (such as browser version and pages viewed) from all visitors to the website for the purpose of gauging visitor traffic, usage patterns and trends. If shared, this data will only be provided to third parties in summary format where individuals cannot be identified.

Risk

I agree to enter this event at my own risk.

Liability

I accept that there is a degree of risk involved in participating in this event and will not hold the event organisers or any other persons involved with this event liable for any loss or injury to person or equipment incurred during the event.

This includes, but is not limited to, the employees, committees, members and volunteers of Orienteering NZ; all independent contracted suppliers to the event and their employees; territorial authorities, landowners, sponsors and their respective officers, directors, employees, independent contractors, representatives, agents, and volunteers.

Entry and purchase only

enterO facilitates your online entry to and/or purchase of merchandise from this event, but is not otherwise involved in organising the event or supplying any event merchandise. Please refer to the event website for event specific terms & conditions, and direct all queries to the Event Organiser.

Refund Policy

If you wish to cancel an entry to the event, you will receive:

• A full refund of the event fees if we receive your cancellation before 5pm on Monday 1 July 2019
• A partial refund of 50% of the event fee if we receive your cancellation after 5pm on Monday 1 July 2019,and at the organiser’s discretion.
